What you'll do

• Lead daily food production and meal preparation
• support special diets and catering needs
• maintain clean work areas and organized storage using FIFO
• complete HACCP logs, production records, and inventories
• monitor food safety and coach team members
• place food and supply orders
• adjust menus as needed
• train staff and fill in across district kitchens when required
• communicate operational updates.
