What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and coordinate home health care

• use a tablet and drive to field visits. Requires current New York RN or LPN licensure and registration, at least two years of RN experience in home health or a relevant medical/surgical specialty, professional liability insurance, and a vehicle available for field use.
