CNC Machine Operator — Day Shift

The CNC Machine Operator role is onsite in Cocoa, FL. Compensation is $24–$26 per hour. The operator supports the company’s production work by preparing and running CNC equipment. This role exists to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines and help ensure projects are completed accurately. The operator works independently while coordinating with teammates across multiple projects.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and maintain one or more CNC machines, including plasma burn tables, water jets, drill lines, angle lines, shears, press brakes, and plate processors.
• Handle multiple projects, communicate with the team, and contribute to company goals.
• Requirements include one year of CNC downloads experience, ability to read shop drawings or blueprints, computer literacy, shop arithmetic, use of measuring devices, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver license.
