What you'll do

• Coordinate day-to-day property operations, accounts payable and receivable, reporting, and client, tenant, and vendor relations
• work with construction, leasing, marketing, and accounting teams
• conduct inspections
• prepare and manage operating and capital budgets and forecasts
• coordinate contracts, repairs, and capital projects
• prepare financial and operational reports
• review invoices and rent edits
• administer leases
• coordinate tax reviews and tenant improvement applications
• respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed
• supervise designated personnel.
