What you'll do

• Maintain schedules of service portfolios and products available on organizational BOAs
• support service product development
• facilitate service-cost recovery rate development
• prepare customer briefings
• coordinate migration of customer agreements
• assist with new customer agreements
• report on rate development, agreement migration, and opportunity conversion
• forecast customer demand
• support renewals
• coordinate product usage data
• integrate billing and resource data with the Enterprise Cloud Vendor Management program.
