What you'll do

• Develop and execute corporate partnership growth strategies across Milwaukee and Madison
• manage prospects and partners through cultivation, solicitation, renewal, and stewardship
• build relationships with corporate, HR, talent, and community investment leaders
• develop proposals and sponsorships
• manage a corporate pipeline and Salesforce records
• meet fundraising and partnership outcomes
• create internships, employment, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
• coordinate with career development and scholar success teams
• represent the organization at business and community events
• travel regularly throughout and occasionally outside the region.
