Facilities Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Maintain and upkeep sites and buildings, including light facilities work and repairs
• coordinate repair assignments and follow up on completion
• answer technical questions and resolve issues by phone, email, or in person
• provide technical support to staff and users
• assist with computer setup, printer toner changes, and hardware and software installation and repair
• support book and material distribution, entrance assessment proctoring, student services, and other campus tasks as assigned.
