What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop field sales professionals
• execute customer-specific selling strategies and key account plans
• conduct field visits and document coaching
• build relationships with hospitals, health systems, IDNs, GPOs, and group practices
• monitor sales performance and forecasts
• manage regional budgets
• support product launches
• collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, National Accounts, and other internal teams.
