Activities Assistant

The Activities Assistant role is onsite in Bassett, VA. Pay is $15–$17 per hour. The position supports resident well-being through social and recreational programming at Stanleytown Health & Rehabilitation Center. What you'll do

• Support and motivate residents to participate in social, physical, and cognitive activities
• adapt activities to residents’ needs and abilities
• assist with planning, organizing, and implementing recreational programs
• maintain activity and participation records
• transport residents to and from activities as needed
• set up and clean activity spaces
• coordinate with staff
• perform other duties as required to provide resident care.

Why this role
