What you'll do

• Monitor and check on assigned residents
• observe, report, and document changes in condition
• respond to call bells and security systems
• assist with activities of daily living, meals, continence care, laundry, and life enrichment
• assist with medication and treatment observation and documentation
• maintain medication supplies and room cleanliness
• take and record vital signs
• report resident concerns and occupational exposures.
