What you'll do

• Receive emergency and non-emergency 911 calls and texts
• gather information and prioritize requests
• dispatch fire, law enforcement, and ambulance personnel
• monitor radio channels and update responding units
• operate mapping, computer-aided dispatch, and records systems
• maintain call and radio logs
• process warrants, alerts, and records queries
• operate public notification and security systems
• provide telephone CPR instructions when needed
• and train or mentor new staff as requested.
