What you'll do
- Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
- Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and stairways.
- Move large furniture and objects.
- Maintain janitor closet organization.
- Follow manufacturer specifications for chemicals and equipment.
- Ensure building security.
- Report repairs and safety hazards.
