What you'll do
- Prepare journal entries and support month-end close
- assist with accounts receivable, invoicing, payment application, collections, and billing questions
- process accounts payable and prepare payments
- reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts
- support grant billing, sales tax, and year-end work
- identify process improvements and help develop procedures.

Why this role
