The Director Area Independent Living Sales is an onsite leadership role based in Fort Worth, TX, with a salary range of $132,200 to $190,300 per year. This position supports the regional sales operations for Lifespace Communities, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering older adults. This role exists to drive occupancy, revenue growth, and sales excellence across multiple communities. The Director provides strategic leadership, coaches sales teams, and analyzes market trends to ensure the success of Independent Living programs.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve or exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
• Partner with, mentor, and support Community Sales Directors.
• Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and pricing.
• Drive lead generation, referral development, and sales conversion strategies.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales efforts with business goals.
