What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end bookings process and controls
• drive accurate and timely billing
• track Quote-to-Cash KPIs and improve CRM, CPQ, and ERP workflows
• coordinate customer onboarding and offboarding
• manage license operations and renewal quote production
• oversee channel order processing and partner license fulfillment
• resolve support requests and escalations
• manage and develop a team of two operations professionals
• lead cross-functional automation and data-integrity initiatives.
