What you'll do

• Develop catering menus, calculate menu costs, and manage inventory
• work with clients to plan menus
• organize, prepare, and execute catering food
• maintain quality and presentation standards
• lead catering staff during events
• ensure food safety and customer service standards
• manage equipment, product, leftovers, and waste
• coach and train staff
• assist with kitchen operations and fill in for the Production Lead when needed.
