The executive serves as a subject matter expert, ensuring contract offerings meet customer needs while achieving assigned revenue targets.

What you'll do

• Manage and build the service contract business for the Medical Systems Group.
• Maintain service contract renewal rates within assigned regions.
• Support Field Sales, corporate accounts, and Inside Sales teams to drive growth.
• Develop and maintain regular communication with IDNs, GPOs, and key customer stakeholders.
• Conduct routine business reviews with customer executives.
• Coordinate service contract launches and ensure successful implementation.
• Serve as a subject matter resource regarding service contracts and programs.
• Drive execution of service contract addendums and contractual obligations.
