The Executive Recruiter role is onsite in Austin, TX. Sanctuary is building nature-first residential communities in the Texas Hill Country and is expanding its leadership team.

What you'll do

• Lead executive and senior-leadership searches
• map talent markets across real estate, construction, finance, capital markets, sales, and operations
• source and approach active and passive candidates
• conduct outbound outreach
• represent the company to senior candidates
• assess candidates
• partner with the CEO and leadership team on interviews, decisions, offers, and negotiations
• manage candidates through acceptance and onboarding
• and build an executive network across Austin and Texas.
