What you'll do

• Generate leads through calls, networking events, and referrals
• conduct client consultations to identify insurance needs and present customized coverage solutions
• execute sales strategies, address objections, and work toward sales targets
• build client relationships and encourage long-term business and referrals
• participate in ongoing sales training and mentorship
• be willing to earn a Property Casualty insurance license early in the process.
