What you'll do

• Welcome residents and visitors
• monitor entry and exit points and sign in guests
• receive and distribute mail and packages
• manage calls and messages
• provide clerical support to the Executive Director, Business Office, and Sales & Marketing teams
• assist with transportation scheduling and event reservations
• monitor emergency systems
• drive residents to destinations, assist passengers, secure wheelchairs, communicate with the base station, and maintain the vehicle.
