What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, appliances, tile, drywall, painting, carpentry, cabinetry, laminates, and granite
• assist guests and staff with unit maintenance, housekeeping, and facility concerns
• use hand and power tools for projects from rough-in carpentry to trim cabinetry
• perform other duties deemed necessary by the Facility Operations Manager or equivalent manager.
