Construction Superintendent

What you'll do

• Own project schedules and coordinate weekly subcontractor work
• track scope completion and billing progress
• update schedules and logs in PlanRadar
• enforce OSHA, PPE, and site safety requirements
• manage subcontractors and vendors
• review plans and shop drawings
• coordinate inspections and punch lists
• document daily site activity and photos
• communicate project status and escalate issues
• attend project and milestone meetings.
