What you'll do

• Complete assigned opening and closing duties
• seat guests and accommodate requests
• transfer guest checks
• respond to guest needs and complaints
• maintain cleanliness and organization, including guest restrooms
• guide assigned assistants
• document orders when the point-of-sale system is unavailable
• complete comps or voids as needed
• update menus and wine lists for managers
• report shift information to management.
