What you'll do

• Lead field personnel and subcontractors
• manage multiple construction projects from planning through completion
• develop plans and schedules with clients, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
• oversee budgets, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial performance
• coordinate contracts, change orders, RFIs, and documentation
• manage risks and resolve issues
• ensure compliance with standards, customer requirements, and regulations
• serve as primary contact for customers, vendors, and subcontractors
• report progress to leadership and stakeholders.
