Equipment Reliability Manager

What you'll do

• Supervise Process Control Technicians
• provide technical leadership in equipment reliability
• lead reliability initiatives and projects
• track production losses and high maintenance costs
• participate in Management of Change for new or modified equipment
• investigate equipment failures and implement permanent solutions
• develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies with Maintenance teams using vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonic, and oil analysis
• collaborate with technical and operations staff to address recurring breakdowns
• support continuous improvement across the facility.

Why this role
