Part-Time Nurse — Afternoon Shift

The Part-Time Nurse role is onsite in Ypsilanti, MI, on the afternoon shift from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Pay is $26–$34 per hour. Gilbert Residence provides nursing, supportive living, assisted living, and specialized dementia care to residents. The nurse provides direct primary care and coordinates with the Director of Nursing to support the nursing unit. The role also delegates and supervises certified nursing assistants while maintaining care in accordance with facility procedures and applicable laws.

• Identify and report residents’ status
• coordinate care with residents and families
• administer treatments and medications
• collect ordered specimens
• provide instruction and education to certified nursing assistants
• respect resident rights and protect residents from abuse or neglect.
