What you'll do

• Float across various inpatient units at Swedish Hospital.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Maintain clinical competency.
• Collaborate with the Resource Team and site-based clinical nurse managers.
• Ensure thorough and timely documentation.
• Promote patient safety and participate in professional development.
