What you'll do

• Manage project scope, proposals, and exclusions
• coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, schedules, contracts, and shop drawings
• provide fabrication documents and approved product data
• manage work orders, submittals, RFIs, change orders, budgets, forecasts, commitments, and profitability tracking
• coordinate fabrication, delivery, and installation schedules
• manage procurement, vendors, subcontractors, shipping, and field activities
• recommend value-engineering options
• communicate with clients and project partners
• mentor assistant project managers.
