The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in Centerville, MA, with pay of $23–$29 per hour depending on shift. Compensation includes weekly pay, and Cape Regency Rehabilitation & Health Care Center’s nursing team provides resident care in a rehabilitation and health care setting. The CNA provides routine daily nursing care to assigned residents under established procedures and as directed by licensed nursing staff. The role supports residents’ nursing and rehabilitation needs by following care plans, completing assignments, observing and reporting condition changes, documenting care, and assisting with personal care and safety.

What you'll do

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents under licensed staff direction
• meet residents’ nursing and rehabilitation needs
• participate in and follow resident care plans
• complete assignments promptly
• observe and report changes in condition
• document accurately
• assist with grooming and personal care
• answer call lights
• maintain clean, orderly care areas and resident identification
• follow safety techniques.

Why this role

New graduates are welcome. Active, unencumbered Massachusetts CNA license, recent CNA program graduation, or being in the process of obtaining a state license is required. Openings include 7 a.m.–3 p.m. and 11 p.m.–7 a.m., including every other weekend.
