Medical Assistant

Job overview

The Medical Assistant role is onsite in Fresno, CA. Compensation is $23–$25 per hour. The position works directly with a physician in a medical clinic.

What you'll do

• Assist the physician with patient assessment and examination, record patients’ subjective information and concerns, enter information into the BHCEMR system, and periodically check on patient welfare before the physician begins an examination or procedure.
• Assist with patient request forms, inspect exam and stock rooms and maintain adequate supplies, and take on other responsibilities appropriate to the role and scope of practice.
• Travel to other office locations to assist the physician may be requested.
