What you'll do

• Manage legal and operational aspects of a personal injury caseload
• coordinate with department leadership and attorneys
• file petitions
• prepare discovery responses and objections
• draft motions
• calendar deadlines
• schedule depositions and mediations
• retain experts
• prepare trial documents and notebooks
• organize exhibits
• communicate with insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel.
