Assistant Club Manager

What you'll do

• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training staff
• coach employees and conduct huddles and performance evaluations
• oversee membership sales and monitor sales targets
• manage staff scheduling
• maintain a clean, safe, and organized club
• support payroll and reporting
• assume leadership responsibilities when the General Manager is absent
• resolve member inquiries and concerns.
