Staff Accountant / Assistant Controller

What you'll do

• Maintain the general ledger and assist with daily accounting operations
• prepare and post journal entries
• support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
• perform account and bank reconciliations
• assist with accounts payable and receivable
• help prepare financial statements and management reports
• maintain accounting records
• assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow reporting, and job costing
• work with company leadership and the Controller on special projects.
