Move-In Coordinator

What you'll do

• Work with new residents and families to complete admission paperwork and requirements
• coordinate move-in day activities, arrangements, parking, and utilities
• assist the Future Resident Director with tours, phone inquiries, events, and marketing outreach as needed
• prepare timely reports
• participate in sales meetings
• coordinate event details with other departments
• maintain marketing materials inventory.
