• lead organic strategy and execution on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
• plan, film, and edit with internal and external partners
• share top-performing organic content and learnings with paid teams
• brief and guide micro-influencers
• manage communities
• execute founder-channel publishing and distribution
• create visual assets for founder channels
• support shoots and events as needed
• produce social edits and channel variants.
