Clinical Dietitian

What you'll do

• Assess nutritional needs and health status
• develop and implement medical nutrition therapy plans and nutrition prescriptions
• recommend diets and nutrition support, including enteral or parenteral methods, and monitor patient response
• educate patients, families, and caregivers
• collaborate with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and food service personnel
• document assessments, care plans, and patient understanding
• participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient rounds.
