Electrical Engineering Technician

The Electrical Engineering Technician role is onsite in Kansas City, KS. Compensation is not specified. The technician supports vehicle start-up and production by building and testing prototypes, diagnosing electrical, communication, and software faults, documenting issues, and working with engineering and process teams on root causes and improvements.

What you'll do

• Diagnose production issues using software diagnostic and CAN analysis tools
• investigate MCU communications and electrical circuit faults
• document start-up issues and corrective actions
• build test beds and operate test equipment
• diagnose and repair circuits and control systems
• interpret schematics and wiring diagrams
• maintain and calibrate instruments
• support process improvements and technician development.
