Lead Maintenance

The Lead Maintenance role is onsite in Texarkana, AR, paying $26–$28 per hour. The position oversees daily maintenance and engineering operations for the property and its buildings. The lead coordinates preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, work orders, and team workflow to keep equipment and property in proper condition. The role also manages maintenance resources and supports compliance with safety, sanitation, building-code, OSHA, and ADA requirements.

What you'll do

• Maintain property and equipment through a preventive maintenance program
• manage physical operations including HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, generators, plumbing, water treatment, and electrical systems
• coordinate home turnovers and vendor work
• respond to maintenance requests
• coordinate contractors for renovations and construction
• monitor inventory and authorize purchase orders
• ensure fire and safety inspections and correct discrepancies
• supervise and assist maintenance staff
• oversee quarterly preventive maintenance inspections and REAC preparation
• manage work orders, budgets, reports, schedules, and workflow
• maintain compliance with building codes, OSHA, and ADA requirements.
