What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out site security procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities
• respond calmly to incidents and concerns and escalate according to site procedures
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail areas, stockrooms, receiving areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter
• monitor access points and visitor, vendor, and delivery activity
• document incidents and observations and communicate relevant information to leadership and site contacts.
