Service and Route Coordinator

Job overview

The Service and Route Coordinator role is onsite in Endicott, NY, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation is $20–$21 per hour. The role supports Culligan by WaterCo’s water solutions for homes and businesses and coordinates field technicians. The coordinator manages customer communications, service appointments, routes, and related records. Efficient scheduling and real-time coordination help technicians complete service work and improve customer experiences.

What you'll do

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls
• schedule service appointments
• provide in-person customer support
• optimize schedules and assign technician routes
• maintain customer accounts
• track service completion
• resolve scheduling conflicts
• process invoices and work orders
• monitor call volumes and suggest process improvements.
