This role offers a competitive rate of $40/hour plus variable shift incentives, with the flexibility to pick up shifts (day or night) as a W-2 employee. There are no weekend, holiday, or specific shift requirements, but a minimum of 12 hours must be worked every 90 days. Participation in the Gig Nursing Program means shifts are not guaranteed and are subject to cancellation. This position allows nurses to work where and when they are available, providing care in various departments including Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, ICU, Medical-Surgical, and Women's Health. It's an opportunity for experienced RNs seeking maximum flexibility.
