Job overview

The Retail Merchandiser, Garden Center role is onsite in Cottonwood, AZ; compensation is $16 per hour. The schedule includes four weekdays and one weekend day, with shifts ranging from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Altman Plants supplies plants and garden-center services to retail partners. The merchandiser stocks and presents plant material, maintains sales-ready displays, and supports inventory and store activities. The role helps keep garden centers attractive and ready for customers while coordinating with coworkers, vendors, and retail associates.

What you'll do

• Stock and display plants from delivery racks
• maintain sales-ready plant displays
• remove unsellable plants
• assist with cycle counts, resets, displays, and special events
• keep work areas clean and safe
• prepare empty delivery racks for pickup
• communicate with coworkers, vendors, and retail associates
• follow assigned schedules, including weekends and holidays.
