What you'll do

  • Identify clients’ abilities and interests
  • coach workplace skills and social interactions
  • support task completion and problem solving
  • complete program documentation and work assessments
  • provide direct training and coaching
  • consult with employers and coworkers
  • lead paid work experience sessions and job tryouts
  • communicate with clients and program leadership
  • and transport clients to interviews or service locations as needed.
