What you'll do

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and equipment
• monitor performance, connectivity, and availability
• manage switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and VPNs
• troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet issues
• manage user accounts and access
• maintain network documentation and inventory
• monitor security and assist with resolving security issues
• perform updates, patches, backups, and routine maintenance
• assist with server, cloud, and infrastructure administration
• respond to help desk escalations
• coordinate with vendors
• support upgrades and technology projects
• provide employee technical support.

Why this role
