What you'll do

• Monitor production systems
• diagnose and manage incidents
• troubleshoot proprietary software on Windows servers
• document support processes and production issues in JIRA and wiki-based documentation
• support software maintenance, basic networking, and user computer setup
• collaborate with developers, users, and cross-functional teams
• suggest system and process improvements.
