What you'll do

• Perform minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance
• notify management when major repairs are needed
• respond to guest service requests and keep records of completed rooms
• program phone equipment
• observe equipment and utility meter readings
• maintain safety data sheet files and stock commonly used supplies
• learn emergency procedures
• trim and prune grounds, remove litter, shovel snow, spread salt, plant and water landscaping, and perform related outdoor upkeep.
