What you'll do

• train managers on sourcing, screening, diligence, and investment committee processes
• help build portfolio construction and capital deployment frameworks
• support investor communications, reporting, and governance
• review investment memos
• provide risk management and portfolio monitoring frameworks
• conduct workshops, office hours, and training
• help refine fundraising materials
