What you'll do

• Own the senior client relationship and escalation process for a major State Quitline account
• guide service delivery and account planning
• manage revenue targets, renewals, amendments, and scope negotiations
• coach and develop Client Managers
• monitor account health and team performance
• coordinate with product, engineering, billing, evaluation, and reporting teams
• present business reviews and strategic recommendations.
