What you'll do

• Schedule patient appointments, procedures, and surgeries
• handle inbound and outbound patient calls
• coordinate scheduling for five providers
• manage approximately 10–15 patient calls per day and surgery scheduling needs
• triage calls and route clinical questions to the appropriate nurse practitioner or clinical team member
• document patient information in electronic medical records and scheduling systems
• coordinate with healthcare professionals
• protect patient confidentiality and follow facility procedures.
