Blender/Mixer Operator – Organic Tea – Day Shift

Job overview

The Blender/Mixer Operator works onsite in Sparks, NV, on a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Pay is $16 per hour. The role is with an organic tea manufacturer through Reno Staffing. The operator blends tea products accurately from recipes and supports production readiness through ingredient organization, inventory documentation, recordkeeping, sampling, and sanitation. The work helps ensure blends meet recipe and food-safety requirements.

What you'll do

• Organize freight and ingredients
• follow blending procedures and use ingredients from the work-in-progress area
• document rack inventory
• blend tea products according to recipes
• report recipe changes or errors
• prepare samples for new and existing blends
• maintain lot-code and blending records
• organize work-in-progress ingredients
• communicate ingredient needs
• assist production workers
• perform quality, sanitation, cleanliness, and productivity tasks.
